Students must dress appropriately for class. No skimpy clothes, tank tops, miniskirts or shorts. Both girls and boys MUST wear appropriate clothes. Indian traditional outfits are welcome.
Students must sit on the floor on a mat, legs crisscrossed at all times during class. There will be no exceptions unless the student has an injury or medical condition that doesn't allow him/her to sit on the floor.
Students must tie up/comb their hair or wear a headband to avoid loose strands of hair falling over the eyes or face.
Students must bring a bottle of water so that they don’t have to excuse themselves in the middle of the class. This interrupts the flow of class.
Strictly no snacking or eating during the class. This is highly disrespectful to the teacher.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to sit and watch during the class as long as they do not interrupt the session in any manner. Do Not interfere when class is in progress.
Students must have the music binder and all necessary materials with them at all times. All students must have a music notebook to write down their homework at the end of the class, note down any theoretical information discussed in class.
All class sessions will be recorded and shared via WhatsApp ONLY. It is the parents' responsibility to save these files. Parents or students are free to record the class in their own recording device.
All notations and audio recordings will be shared via google drive. Please print the notations and file them in a binder. Take good care of the binder and notebooks.
